* ! Tbsp olive oil
* 4 cups diced potatoes(1/2 inch dice)
* 3/4 cup chopped onions
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 cup diced ham
* 2 cups skim milk
* 2 (6.5 oz) cans minced clams,
drained , reserving liquid
* 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 ( 15 oz) can cream style corn
* 1 ( 11 oz) can whole kernel sweet
corn , drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan , saute potatoes , onion and celery in Tbsp of olive oil,
about 5 minutes. Add milk , reserved clam liquid , thyme and pepper; mix well.
Reduce heat to medium low; cook and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Carefully transfer 2 1/2 cups of the hot mixture to a food processor bowl with a metal blade or a blender container; process until smooth. Return mixture to the sauce pan. This makes the mixture rich and creamy. Stir in the cream-style corn , whole kernel corn, ham and clams. Return to a boil. Reduce heat ; simmer 4 to 6 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Serve in soup bowls.
