1 small onion
Chopped celery, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms (or use fresh mushrooms)
2 cans of peas or bag of frozen peas
Chopped pimento, if desired
1 cup crushed crackers
Grated parmesean

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in skillet. Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Add peas. Stir all together. Add a little chopped pimentos, if desired. Pour into greased baking dish; top with cracker crumbs. Add grated parmesean cheese, as desired. Heat for 20-30 mintes in oven at 350º.
