8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 jar pimentos (drained)
1/2 pk softened cream cheese
1/2-1 cup mayo
2 T. Jalapeņo (more or less to taste)
1 tsp. Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight. Serve on bread or crackers.

This is a guestimate on measurements because Grandma always cooks to taste. I always knew hers was different. Its the amount of love she puts into everything she makes is what makes it the best.
