2 small packages of French Vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
16 oz cool whip
graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding and milk until thick. Fold in large bowl of cool whip. Line a 9x13 pan with a layer of graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the filling then add another layer of crackers. Use the last of the filling and top with crackers. Mix 1 stick of margarine, sugar, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil and add powdered sugar and stir. Pour on top of crackers and refrigerate overnight.
