2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups butter
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup green onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
6 medium potatoes, cooked in skins, then peeled and coarsely
shredded
2 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cheese and butter in a
saucepan over low heat; stir until cheese is melted. Remove
from heat; stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Add
potatoes, mixing gently. Pour into a buttered 2 quart
casserole.
