Ingredients:  
2 pkgs. Deluxe frozen spinach
1/2 C mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 C chopped sweet onion
1 large bag of croutons (I use Reese’s sourdough)
1/2 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package-drain
Mix mayo, soup, cheese, onion and add to spinach
Put in buttered dish and bake @ 325 for 45 minutes
While baking, pour melted butter over croutons and add for the last five minutes of baking.
