5 lb. Pork Loin
1/4 C soy sauce
1 C coco cola
1/2 C dark brown sugar
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T Worcestershire
1/3 C ketchup
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 t ginger
1 t thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate 24 hours.

Place roast – fat side up on roasting rack. Roast at 325 degrees 30-40- minutes per pound. The last hour, baste the following glaze:
1 C brown sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/2 t dry mustard
2 T buttermilk
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
2/3 C coke
sea salt and pepper
