Combine all ingredients mixing all into the meat well. On foil or wax paper, pat meat into a 12 X 14 rectangle. Arrange ham slices and cheese, leaving a small margin around edges. Roll like a jelly roll. Place roll, seam down in 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes or until done. Center will be pink, due to ham. Place cheese over top and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 8.
