2 C White Lily flour

3 tsp. Baking powder

½ t salt

½ t soda

4 Tbsp. Crisco

1 Tbsp. Bacon drippings

1 C buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and bacon drippings. Add buttermilk and mix lightly. Roll dough to 1/3 inch thick and cut out with 2 ½ inch biscuit cutter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
