2 boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp oil
1 carrot, sliced
1 head broccoli, florets cut
1 onion, sliced
12 snow peas
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 package refrigerate soda noodles
Stir fry sauce

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Use kitchen shears to cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in oil until done through. Add carrots, stir and cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Keep adding veggies cooking for 3 minutes each. Add soda noodles and stir fry sauce and 1/3 c water. Stir and cover. Simmer 10 minutes.

Other veggies to add or substitute - water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts.

I learned to make this my senior year of high school in "Single Survival" class. I like to use half stir fry sauce and half plum sauce.
