3 cups cooked turnips
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and put in casserole.
Cook for about 45 minutes in 350º

Carrots may be used in place of turnips.
