1 lb bacon
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
1 kielbasa sausage
2 onions, chopped
1 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 large can stewed tomatoes
3 cans pinto beans, drained
3 cans kidney beans, drained
3 cans black beans, drained
2 cans butter beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium-high heat. Remove bacon to paper towel. Add beef and sausage to pot. Cook until browned, breaking up with wooden spoon. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces and add back into pot. Add kielbasa and fry 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix ketchup, sugar, all seasonings, vinegar and tomatoes. Add to pot. Add all beans. Mix thoroughly. Bring to simmer, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 1-3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Or, transfer to crock pot and cook on low 8-10 hours.
