Personal Notes:
This recipe was one that Mother got from someone many, many years ago. We loved the batter that Carter's Fried Chicken used and even though, Mother's fried chicken was hard to beat, this batter just added a new layer of flavor that would keep you drinking sweet tea hours after the meal. Depending on how often you fry chicken or some other meat, this will last a long time.

MSG/Accent is really an ingredient I am not fond of because so many people have allergies and side effects from MSG. This ingredient could be changed to make it more suited to your personal taste.
