1 large can chiles (or 2 small)
1 large can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten well
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. pepper jack cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
