1 T water
1 large shallot minced (or 1 small onion)
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. honey
10 oz. thawed frozen peas
1/8 to 3/4 tsp pepper sauce
salt, pepper
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Roast walnuts 5-8 minutes at 400º. Melt butter and saute shallots (onion). Boil broth and honey. Add peas and cook until tender and water evaporates. Toss together with pepper sauce, salt, pepper and walnuts.
