Copy-Cat Olive Garden Italian Dressing: Combine and refrigerate 1 hour
8 oz bottle Newman's Vinegar and Oil dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp each of basil and oregano
1 Tbsp sugar


Basil Vinaigrette: Can store up to 1 week
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp minced shallots
1 Tbsp chopped basil
1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper


Christie's Barbecue/Citrus Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
(Serve with salad of lettuce, tomato, mandarin oranges, nuts, apples, crushed tortillas, chicken)


Copy-Cat Citrus Herb Dressing: Summer Salad at Crispers
1 - 6oz can frozen OJ
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp white pepper
Pinch of basil
Combine and add water to thin
(Serve with spring mix, honey-cured turkey, mandarin oranges, strawberries, apples, red onion, Gorgonzola cheese, sugared pecans)


Herbed Buttermilk Ranch Dressing: Can refrigerate up to 3 days
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped chives
1 Tbsp chopped dill
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
