1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar; cook over low heat, stirring constantly about 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Bo not boil. Remove from heat. Stir in whipping cream. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until frosting is spreading consistency.
