Sift together:

3¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Beat Until Well Mixed

1 cup Sugar
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry and wet ingredients together. Roll out on a floured surface ¼" thick. Cut with cookies cutter.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes
