2 large pkgs of Bing Cherry Jello
2-8 oz bottles(or 12?) of COCA COLA - COLD
1-8 oz pkg of CREAM CHEESE
1 can BING cherries, drained but save juice
1 small bag of mini marshmellows (optional)
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained but save juice
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple & cherry juice with water to make 2 cups.
Heat juice, then dissolve jello in it. Divide.
Grate chilled or mash softened cream cheese into half of the gelatin. Chill
Add cherries & pineapple to the other half of gelatin. Set aside until first mix is firm
Once first mix is firm, add soda & nuts & pour on top of firm first mixture.
Chill until firm

**Alternate directions:
Heat pineapple & cherry juices
Dissolve gelatin & jello in hot juice
Add COLD cola & stir until thickened.
Add nuts, cherries, pineapple & grated cream cheese
Chill until firm

This was usually served with Thanksgiving meal. Red & Green cherries could be used to make it look Christmassy but the cherry juice gives it lots of flavor
