Part 1:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup melted butter

Part 2:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream (or one small carton)
2 cups fresh sliced berries (original recipe was just strawberry, but mixed with blueberries works well too)
Juice of 1-2 lemons

Mix all ingredients and spread evenly on baking pan over parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool and sprinkle 2/3 of crumb mixture in a glass baking dish.

Part 2:
Beat heavy cream until whipped. Then beat egg whites separately until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar. Fold whipped cream and egg whites together, add lemon juice and fruit and mix. Spoon this over the crumb mixture and smooth out. Top with the remaining crumb mixture. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
