2 cups dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 slices chopped ham, thinly sliced
4 slices swiss cheese

1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine dry bread crumbs with milk. Let stand about 5 minutes.
2. Beat with wire wisk until well blended.
3. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic salt and soy sauce.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. On wax paper, pat meat mixture into a 10 x 8 inch rectangle.
6. Place ham slices on meat mixture, leaving a small margin around the edges.
7. Place cheese slices on the top of ham slices.
8. Starting with the small end, carefully roll up the meat.
9. Seal edges and ends.
10. Place roll, seam side down in a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan.
11. Combine catsup, mustard and brown sugar for topping.
12. Spoon over meatloaf and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
