4 cups cubed white bread (8 slices)
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla
Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firm packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread and raisins in large mixing bowl. Combine milk and 1/4 cup butter in saucepan. Cook over medium until butter melts 4-7 minutes. Pour milk mixture over bread and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in all remaining pudding ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until set 350ºF oven.
Combine sauce ingredients except vanilla in 1 quart sauce pan. Cook over medium 5 - 8 minutes until boils. Stir in vanilla, spoon pudding into serving dishes and top with sauce.
