1/4 cup oil, optional
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds lean ground beef
6 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cup water
16 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound lasagna noodle
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
12 ounces cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook oil, onion, garlic, celery and hamburger until brown. Oil is optional unless meat is very lean.
Add tomato sauce, paste, spices and water.
Let simmer.
Cook noodles according to directions on the box.

Layer in lightly oiled dish.
