1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp zest of orange
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/1/2 cups fresh cranberries
Icing
1 cup powder sugar
1 - 3 tbsp water, milk or orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and beat in eggs. Mix in sour cream and orange zest. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Spray bundt pan with oil and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and put 1/4 cup cranberries on bottom of pan. Pour in cake batter and bake 50 - 55 minutes 350ºF. Cool and then drizzle with icing mixture.
