1 package frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 (8oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or until brown on top.
