(1) 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) Jell-O raspberry gelatin
(1) 16-oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 apple, chopped
⅔ C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, but keep the juice.
Remove 1 Tbsp. pineapple; set aside.
Add enough cold water to juice to measure 3 C; pour into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add dry gelatin mixes; stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in cranberry sauce.
Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate for 1½ hours, or until slightly thickened.
Stir in pineapple, apples, and walnuts.
Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.

Optional: garnish with reserved pineapple, sliced apple, & some fresh mint.
