White Sauce with Mustard


Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled
4Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
4 - 5 oz. beef thuringer, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 - 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cut hard-boiled eggs in half. Scoop out the egg yolk. In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolk, green onion, thuringer, butter, mayonnaise and seasonings. Mound the mixture into the egg halves. Place in a 13 x 9" baking dish. Cover with white sauce with mustard. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 - 2 tbsp. dry mustard

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Add dry mustard. Pour in the milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add more milk depending on the desired consistency.
