4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. oil

Sauce:
2 tsp. oil
4 Tbsp. dry Sherry
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil.
Add sherry, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix together around the pork chops.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-35 minutes, turn once.
Remove pork chops to platter.
Dissolve corn starch in water and pour into skillet, increase heat and cook until thickened.

Serve with egg noodles. Pour sauce over pork chops and noodles.
