3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Cool. In a large bowl, combine rice, peas, red pepper, onions and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk together: 1/2 c. oil, 1/3 c. white vinegar, 3 T. sugar, 1/2 t. dill weed, salt, pepper, 1/4 t. ground mustard. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
