¾ onion, chopped
6 chicken bouillon cubes
4 C egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
(2) 1/2 lb. packages frozen chopped broccoli
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
6 C milk
1 lb. (or more) Velveeta or Kraft American cheese, cubed or grated
pepper to taste

Directions:
In large sauce pan, heat 2 Tbsp. oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes. Add 6 cups water and chicken bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling. Gradually add egg noodles and salt. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Add frozen chopped broccoli and garlic powder. Cook about 6 minutes. Add milk and Velveeta, and pepper to taste.

Use a BIG pot, it makes a lot!
Kraft American cheese in the blue box is best if you can find it, but Velveeta works great, too.
