2 lbs. frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cheddar cheese - grated
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper














Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 3 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
