1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
˝ c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 ˝ c. Hershey’s Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350˚. Grease 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together flour, sugar, butter, eggs & chocolate syrup until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
 

Mint Cream Layer

2 cups confectioner's sugar
˝ cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp water
˝ tsp mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Directions:

Combine confectioners’ sugar, butter, water, mint extract & food coloring. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cake and chill.
 

Chocolate Topping

6 Tbsp butter
1 cup Hershey's mint chocolate chips (or Andes mints)

In small microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate for 1–1 ˝ minutes or until melted. Pour Chocolate Topping over dessert, cover & chill.
