5 c. corn
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. of 1/2 and 1/2 creamer
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 t. sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Combine corn and peppers with 1 T. butter. Cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 8-10 minutes.
