Pecan pieces
2 sticks of butter
1 C light brown sugar
½ C milk chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Spray round cake pan with Pam. Sprinkle pecan pieces to cover bottom of pan.
In a saucepan, stir together butter & brown sugar. Cook & stir constantly until reaching 295˚ on a candy thermometer.
Pour over pecan pieces and top with chocolate morsels. Spread as they melt.
Once cool, break with a knife.
