1 - 2 lbs. Kale, cleaned, washed and drained

1 large smoke turkey wing - cooked thoroughly in water (slightly seasoned with salt)
1 T vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 large pot

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the smoked turkey until tender and falling off the bone. I keep the bone in the pot the entire time while cooking the kale. Dump the kale in the seasoned water with the turkey. Cook It very slowly on a medium to low heat until tender. That is it! Kale is one of the best vegetables and it is so simple to prepare. It is another alternative to collards. Kale is a leafy thick green vegetable that is packed with vitamins.
