6 oz. cream cheese
1-2 T. mayonnaise
2.5 oz. Buddig Beef
8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Cut dried beef into small pieces with scissors and blend into cheese mixture. A little chopped onion can also be added if you want.

Separate dough into 2 rectangles. Seal perforations by pressing. Spread each with ½ cheese mixture.

Roll up, starting on longer side. Cut each into 10 pieces. Slightly flatten and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 18–20 min. until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 20 appetizers.
