6 to 8 ounces goat cheese
5 to 7 cherry tomatoes
1 to 2 tsp chili pepper oil

Directions:
Directions:
To make chili oil...In a saucepan add 1/8 cup olive oil and 1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp.dried red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from stove top and cool.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread goat cheese in a oven proof bowl with at least 1 inch lip
Quarter cherry tomatoes and spread all over the goat cheese
Drizzle 1 to 2 tsp of chili pepper over tomatoes and goat cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes
Turn on broiler and broil for 3-5 minutes
Serve warm over a good bread or serve with crackers.
