(2) 24 oz. jars of “Buon Giorno Italia” Puttanesca Sauce
1½ lbs. Italian Sausage
Fresh Portobello Mushrooms
2 Poblano Peppers
2 C. Chopped Green Cabbage
1 Med. Onion
Minced Garlic
Basil
Barbeque Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
- (2) 24 oz. jars of “Buon Giorno Italia” Puttanesca Sauce heated to varying degrees over a couple hours, 2 hours, total. Don’t boil!!
- add a pound and a half of fresh cooked Italian Sausage after the sauce is hot.
- saute a package of fresh portobello mushrooms cut into large pieces, 2 poblano peppers with centers removed, 2 cups chopped green cabbage, and a medium sized chopped onion.
- Add the sautéed vegetables, a heaping teaspoon of minced garlic, basil, and a little bit of extremely hot barbecue sauce that’s way too hot to actually use for barbecuing.
