Crust:
2 cups flour
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter

Topping:
4 large eggs, beaten
2 cups white sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lemon extract (optional)
¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together until crumbly (using hands works best). Press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Filling: Beat together eggs, sugar, lemon juice and extract. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked and cooled crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
