1 lb. pork loin back rib/person or 3/4 lb. country style rib/person.

Barbecue Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
½ cup lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
To Prepare Ribs: Remove any excess fat. Place in Dutch oven; pour 1 bottle liquid smoke and 2 cups water over ribs. Cover and steam over moderate heat 20-25 minutes. Drain

Simmer Barbecue sauce for 15 minutes.

To Grill:
Grill drained ribs over moderate oals 20 minutes, turning once. Brush with Barbecue sauce. Continue grilling until ribs are done, basting often.

To Bake:
Arrange drained ribs single layer in shallow baking pan. Spread with sauce. Bake, covered, at 325º until tender (about 1 hour). Cooking on low for 2-3 hours in a crockpot is also an option.
