1 lb. beef sirloin, cut in thin strips
1/4 C. melted butter
1 white onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic salt

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste

1 8 oz. carton sour cream
6 oz. wide egg noodles
1 T. poppy seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients in fry pan for 5 minutes.
Add soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire and pepper.
Continue cooking until heated through.

Right before serving, add 1 carton sour cream and stir into mixture. Serve over buttered, poppy seed noodles.
