1 1/2 cup coconut water.
•1 tablespoon avocado, fresh or frozen.
•5–6 frozen coconut cream cubes.
•1 cup baby spinach leaves.
•1 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
•1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground.
•1/2 cup ice cubes.
• Cacao nibs, to serve.

1. Blitz all of the ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in a high-speed blender on high until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little less thick, add water.

2. Serve in a glass or jar with a sprinkling of cacao nibs to serve!

Note

TRICKY TIP: Add a teaspoon of peppermint extract for an extra Christmas feel!
