Coconut base
1 cup (150g) cashew
1 cup (80g) desiccated ciconut
2 tabespoon rice malt syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Coconut base
Place all ingredients in a food pricessor and process for1 to 2 minutes,scsping down sid3s6,until the mixture starts to come together.

Pre.ss the base into a ligjtly greased 20 x 20cm baking tin lined with parchaament papers

Filling
Place the dates,coconut,oil,and vanilla into blender and process till mixture starts to cime togethers. Add cherries snd oricess just until combined.
Spread cherry mixture iver the base using a palatte knife to smooth the top. Refrigerste aboutv40 minutes till set.

Chocolate topping
Pour the chocolate over the filling.spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate one hiyr or until firm.slice onto bars using a hor knife.refrigetate intil serving.
