1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
2 (6.5 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
½ c. mayonnaise
3 large garlic cloves (pressed)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ c. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach, and press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combing spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Spoon into a greased 11x7 in. baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle over spinach mixture.

Bake uncovered at 375º F for 25 minutes.

Serve with assorted crackers, bagel chips or bread sticks.
