Crisco no stick cooking spray
2 (12 oz.) cans Evaporated milk
2 cups water
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups sour cream
3 (4.9 oz.) boxes hungry Jack Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes
1/2 cup chopped chives or green onions
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine milk, water, butter, potato slices, and sauce mix in a 5 qt. pot over medium heat just until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chives or green onions. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
