2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 cup of crushed crackers
1 pound of Italian sausage
1 pound of ground beef
2 stems of diced fresh basil
2 stems of diced fresh oregano
⅛ teaspoon of salt
⅛ teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of shredded Italian cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
preheat griddle to 375
Put breadcrumbs, crushed crackers, diced fresh basil, diced fresh oregano, salt, pepper and half of the cheese blend in a bowl and mix until well blended. Mix Italian sausage, ground beef and the rest of the cheese together with hands until blended well. scramble the eggs and dip the sausage patty in the egg than breadcrumb mixture. Grill on the griddle for about 5-7 minutes then flip. When finished put the steak on desired bun (best toasted) and garnish with your choise of toppings
