3 Eggs
1 Cup sugar
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Filling
FILLING

1 (8 oz) Cream cheese
4 tsp oleo
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into well greased jelly roll pan sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired bake 375 for 15 minutes

Sprinkle paper towels with powdered sugar take cake out of pan and roll long ways and cool completely



Filling
Mix all ingredients together.


Unroll the cake and spread with filling and roll up wrap in plastic wrap keep in refrigerator.
