1 lb. lean Ground Beef
2 tsp. Montreal Steak seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
3/4 C. Milk
1 C. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt &pepper
Hot Dog buns

Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain grease. Season with steak seasoning and worcestershire sauce. In a saucepan melt the butter & whisk in the flour. Cook 3-4 minutes on med. high heat until light brown. Whisk in milk and bring to a boil, continue whisking until it thickens. Remove from heat & stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt & pepper. Serve on steamed or toasted hot dog buns.
