12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 jar (8 ounces) marshmallow whip
2 ½ cups chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
4¼ cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, butter and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Stir at a boil for 7minutes. Have the chocolate, marshmallow whip and walnuts ready in a large heat-proof bowl. Pour the boiling mixture over the chocolate mixture and beat with a spoon until the mixture is nice and creamy. It will look smooth and satiny when it is done (about 4 to 5 minutes)
Pour it into a buttered 13-by-9 pan. Let cool
