1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
¾ cup Crisco shortening

Topping:
1 large box Cool Whip
16oz crushed pineapple
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and shortening for 4 mins. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake for 30 mins at 350º. Refrigerate cake. Mix remaining ingredients together and top cake.
